Action Inbox & scheduling

The Action Inbox (/action-inbox) is where you review and apply recommended changes for the current data week. It is organised into optimisation areas - typically Bidding, Budget, and (when Amazon keyword/target connectors are active) Keywords.

How the inbox is organised

Each optimisation area has two views:

Prioritised Bidding lists focus on scale and trim actions; Hold rows are hidden so you can concentrate on changes that move the needle. Use the Bidding Grid (/bidding-grid) to inspect every line across recent weeks, including Hold.

Which week is “Prioritised decisions”?

For product/SKU bidding and budget, the prioritised list uses calendar logic based on your workspace’s default IANA time zone (configured under Region & Time zone, /settings/region-timezone on Growth; otherwise the app falls back to an effective zone such as Australia/Sydney). The app labels weeks using ISO weeks (Monday–Sunday) and focuses on the latest completed week - the most recent Monday–Sunday period that has fully ended in that time zone.

So early in a new ISO week, you are still looking at last week’s completed window until the current week finishes. The UI shows the week code and the Monday–Sunday date range so everyone agrees which period the list refers to.

Keywords (Amazon) can also show week labels using each advertising profile’s time zone. That is intentional - Amazon keyword/target weeks follow the profile zone, which may differ from the workspace default.

Why is my prioritised list empty?

Common reasons:

For other ISO weeks or a wider scan of lines, use the Bidding Grid (/bidding-grid).

Schedule help

On Bidding (and Keywords when available), open Schedule help to read how weekly Retail Connector sync (at 01:00 in the application scheduling time zone, on the sync weekday you choose Monday–Friday in Retail Connectors) relates to the prioritised week. If your workspace default time zone and the application scheduling time zone differ, the help text shows the next run in both zones - they are intentionally separate controls.

Prioritised decisions are filtered to rows whose effective data week matches the latest completed ISO week (budget rows may also appear for the in-progress week while cap-out sync catches up). That is independent of which day your retailer sync runs; comparing “calendar week” and “sync day” usually clears up confusion.

Apply and re-sync

Apply is only available for the prioritised data week you are working in. If the UI shows Re-sync integration to enable push, the row is missing retailer identifiers needed for an API push - open Retail Connectors (/settings/integrations), re-sync, then try again. See Troubleshooting.
